    The apartment has awesome views.
    Cons:
    Property management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. So unprofessional.

    Lots of closet space, great layout, great community, quiet
    Cons:
    Just OK building manager, cheap appliances, terrible insulation
    Advice to owner:
    When real issues arise, hire licensed professionals to fix them in a timely manner.
