    Decent Williamsburg location. Doormen are super kind.
    Cons:
    Loud neighbors and management will not care. Feels like dorm rooms.

    - Doormen are incredible
    - Extremely well managed
    - Very clean
    - Great amenities
    Cons:
    - Elevators are very slow, break down from time-to-time
    Advice to owner:
    Continue the good work!

    SLOW elevators, loud being next to the bridge, "central" a/c & heating is not always effective
