Very bad building and owner

Pros:
I like in this building that the elevator is next to ur door
Cons:
In this building it’s a lot of things i hate and my neighbors. First of all the all building has a mouses and thats the ridiculous thing , because every day u can see how the mouses is running in your appointment. If one of them is dead in the inside of the wall the smell of it will kill you couple of months and management does not care about it. Inside the apartment is a lot of holes so the mouses can come to ur appointment very easy. Second thing that in this building windows are very cheap and broken. In the winter time you have to close it with the plastic paper to keep your home worm , because from the windows the wind is coming inside. 3rd when in our apartment the refrigerator broke the owner didn’t want to change it until we call the inspection and after 2 weeks they change it after long conversations with us ... The management of the building is very rude . Even after we left the building they didn’t gave us our deposit for 2 months which is cost 3700$ . Until now my neighbor is calling me and telling me the crazy stories about this building. I am really not recommend this place for you or even for your child .
Advice to owner:
To be nice with your clients and change and fix everything that is broken or is very cheap.
