Very Poor Management
Pros
Decent room layouts. Garage option might be available.
Cons
So many - Electric bill through the roof. most appliances are electric including hot water. We were gone for a month and the bill was still $500 Plus. - Mold/ Leak issue. We had issues with mold and their solution was not really a solution. Turns out multiple of tenants in the building experince the same lack of response from the LL about these things. - Just overall very Poor management. They dont take care of the building. - front door has been broken for months.
