Bedstuy hidden gem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment located near public transportation and the Von King Park. Great building quite and clean. Definitely a hidden gem.
Cons:
The only thing I could say is parking was not that good but it’s NYC so that’s to be expected.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Overall great, some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, nice units and have dishwasher and W/D inside and are relatively spacious.
Cons:
Far from subway, building management responds quickly during the week but I’ve had issues getting them to respond on the weekend. Basement apts have some bug issues (spiders and the silver things). Trash outside is often overflowing, at night there are rats.
Advice to owner:
Better response times on the weekend, better trash management outside.

Rent Stabilized - A Good Deal
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Rent Stabilized -In-unit laundry and dryer -Private balcony -Roof Deck -Relatively safe block -Decent Parking -Allow pets (dogs and cats)
Cons:
-A/C window units are old -No easy access for Verizon Fios, the best you can do is Optimum. -Walkup
Advice to owner:
Update the A/C units and re-paint the stairwell at some point.
