The worst place you can live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only good thing about this building. You are near two trains and a few grocery stores.
Cons:
Roomates are disgusting. The landlord take 2-3 months to fix things that are broken in the apartment. Big rodent issue.
Advice to owner:
Be a better landlord. You are literally taking over 750 a month from everyone and you can't fix basic things around the home.
