    Pros:
    Quiet, management super respoonsive, staff icnredibly kind. Just 5 stars across the board - im so lucky i got to live here for so long.
    Cons:
    AC units are in window and have to be replaced every few years
    Advice to owner:
    Keep it up!

    everything worked well and was extremely modern. The building staff is fantastic and friendly. Unbeatable views and extremely quiet.
    Cons:
    A little far from the subway, but makes up for it with ferry access right below
