Perfectly fine building

Pros

- Responsive management company - Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc nearby - In-building neighbors tend to be quiet

Cons

- Heat is a constant issue every year - Neighbors can occasionally be loud, and when they're loud, they're LOUD - Only one washer/dryer in the building

Great building, bad management

Pros

This building is so amazing. Huge backyard, laundry in basement, big storage room.

Cons

Management sucks. Living room in 1st floor apartment has no windows. Boiler was overheating apartment for 5 months and nothing was done. Mice and roaches too, although quick response to these, but the mouse kept coming back.

Advice to the owners

Maintain backyard better, get rid of the lanternflies or your trees are going to be eaten.
