A Very Chill Spot

Pros

This is my best living experience in NYC. Cool neighbors, responsive management, affordable, and it’s pretty quiet. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Cons

The design of the apt itself is a little shoddy and we have had to deal with some ants. Also sometimes the property manager lapses on the trash and it makes us look messy.

Advice to the owners

Pay more attention to the details (regular cleaning of the hallways, door repairs, etc…)

Great outdoor space, never had an issue with anything in the unit

Cons

Bike was stolen in laundry room once, but security improved after that
