Good experience and deal
Pros
It’s a newer building, the super is great, and you can get a lot of space.
Cons
Management can be somewhat hard to work with at times, but for the most part they are pretty good. The leasing process was also a bit frustrating at times, but mainly due to our unique circumstances. All things considered, pretty good place to live.
Advice to the owners
A bit more transparency and protectiveness would be appreciated when communicating with tenants. I think our only issues arose from mis/lack of communication.
