Great location, never saw a bug, management was response. Building was fine generally speaking.

Walls are thin, generally built cheap, subpar security

Close proximity to transportation, Prospect Park and restaurants

Cons

Management can be unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Building gets dirty & neighbors change often. They added the public space lighting to a tenant’s electricity bill.
