great building, mostly quiet neighbors except for the one loud ones...
Former Tenant
Pros:
great finishes, good amount of space, management is relatively responsive, good location, good trash
Cons:
the first floor neighbors in this building throw parties every other weekend and are incredibly loud with multiple complaints against them. besides them it's relatively quiet and peaceful but unfortunately they are loud until sometimes 6-7am...

Looks nice but is poor quality. Management sucks.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance person is GREAT. really lovely and helpful. The apartment looks nice and is spacious.
Cons:
The management sucks. They would do things like change the passcode to the garbage area and not tell anyone. Trying to communicate with them was really difficult. A lot of the apartment is pretty cheaply made; items that look nice but would break suddenly. I was cleaning the railing on the stairs once and one of the spokes just fell out. My roommate gently leaned against the sink cabinet and the panel fell off. I took some foil out of a cabinet shelf and the shelf collapsed.
