    Overall a good experience. would definitely rent from them again

    Quick and nice landlord, fairly responsive for maintenance stuff, not many issues
    Cons:
    very loud neighbors downstairs, no bike room

    Pros:
    never seen so much as an ant, definitely no rats or roaches ever.
    Cons:
    the walls are very thick, so there’s privacy in that way, but the floors are super thin and you can sometimes hear conversations above or below you from your neighbors.
