Good landlord, few issues over 3 year lease.
Pros
Building is relatively quiet, only 7 units in the building. We had a number of problems in the beginning but these were one time things. New building issues like getting mail delivery sorted out, washer/dryer hookups etc. no issues in the apartment over 3 years. Virtual doorman is wonderful.
Cons
No rooftop or amenities. Outside door closes VERY hard, you can hear it in some units
Advice to the owners
Soften the door and buzzer noise.
