Overall good but rent increases are crazy

Pros

Super is good, management is generally responsive, cannot beat the location and gym has everything you could want for basics.

Cons

Elevator broke all the time but seems to have been addressed, minor problem with fruit flies. Bigger issue is just the rent increases are insane and try to squeeze you for extra $$ at every turn (ex: have to pay extra for in unit W/D).

Advice to the owners

Stop trying to charge so much and tenants will stay longer!
