    Overall would recommend, but not perfect

    Pros:
    The people in the apartment are great, and because its a relatively small building everyone is super friendly and tries to help each other. Gas stoves are great, the walls are well insulated and I cant really hear my neighbors when I'm in my apartment.
    Cons:
    3 washers and driers make it occasionally feel like theres a conga line to get laundry done. The hallways are cold in the winter and the management company leaves something to be desired. If something is broken they take forever to respond, when I moved in it took 2 or 3 months to get my move-in fee refunded.
    Advice to owner:
    Overall would recommend, the building is very cozey and the people are great.
