Good amount of space Was reasonably priced Close to transportation, social life, & all necessities
The landlord is a terror. Super inflexible, horrible to communicate with (different tone over phone and then short, angry emails minutes later), not grateful for any support her tenants give her, clearly cares about getting as much money as possible in a very “because I said so” way.
Stop owning properties.
