good building in a great neighborhood

Pros:
elevator access, laundry, dishwasher and access to outdoor space in all apartments.
Cons:
poorly constructed so constantly ran into maintence issues. Fixes were expensive so building managment went for more of a "bandaid" approach than an actual fix.
Advice to owner:
fix the drafty windows!
