Its pretty new, so I’ve never had mold or structural concerns. Everything works: appliances, heat, hot water, etc. Amenities are great. Management is responsive.
Cons:
Traffic on Marcy is quite loud. Constant trucks and horns in the morning. There was a sprinkler malfunction on the third floor which resulted in water damage to a few apts, but they’re repairing everything.
Advice to owner:
I don’t think the rent prices equate to the actual value of the apartments. If this building were on the water, sure. But we’re too close to the BQE for 5k+ rent prices.
