Rent is fair and studios are larger than average, somewhere between a typical nyc studio and 1BR. Management is hands off but reachable, great if you’re a self-sufficient tenant.

Cons

Minimal amenities, hard to get into different entrances within the buildings (for misplaced packages, etc), no working intercom
