    There's neon lights in the restroom you can't change the color

    Never had a pest problem in the actual unit
    Cons:
    Green neon lights in restroom and you can't change the color so it's pretty dark, not good lighting.
    Apparently there's raccoons in the garden at night so keep your pet safe.

    the location is really good.
    Cons:
    super thin walls and terrible insulation. i had the highest electric bills i’ve ever had in nyc and the apartment was constantly freezing.
