957 Lincoln Ave/Renter Beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was good in the beginning, the initial introduction was welcoming. I'm so glad that I GOT OUT OF THERE!!! What a Nightmare.
Cons:
The constant nauseating
smell of different drugs smoked regularly, cigarettes, dog poop and HORRIBLY cooked meals
The rats that ran all over the apartment (I had to borrow a cat until I moved) No garbage cans for me/tenant to put trash, the landlord Sunita Latchman (lives in apt #1) had been running her electricity off of my meter from day 1 when I moved there (ConEd did an investigation--I'd over paid $4982.00 in electricity bills that belonged to apt #1/ I was reimbursed by Con Ed when I moved), but...the fighting, arguments, constant yelling in the homes hallway (this is a pvt house) screaming at the children/her babies daddy (SL) the SLAMMING of doors when her emotions flared. SL walked so hard in the apartment below me that many times i thought she was in my apartment walking. The neighbors that BLAST music until 5am non stop with HUGE speakersin the back of the house/the 1st floor (SL) would also blast loud explicit music (they are "Jehovah's witnesses") . Absolute deplorable living!!! I don't recommend any responsible adult/s that has any "common decency" about themselves consider this residence to live UNLESS YOU ARE VERRRRY DESPRATE!!!. YOU WILL REGRET IT/YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ Also don't be fooled her sister CJ-Davis (doesn't reside in the residence) is more responsible and waaaay more professional as the landlord & a human being but is sometimes influenced by her sister ....the 1st floor resident.
