Lots of space in the unit

Nice building. Common areas kept clean.

Pros:
New building. Maintenance guy was attentive and polite. Building was responsive. Each bedroom had its own AC
Cons:
The basement toilet would often overflow due to a pump issue. However, building management company and the maintenance guy were very quick to reapond.
Advice to owner:
Find alternate solution to basement plumbing. Roof deck could use some work.
