Not bad not fantastic, does the job

Pros:
Elevator (breaks down occasionally) Location - very close to BQ Good price for space Wonderful view
Cons:
Heating is my biggest complaint - the building is very drafty and central heating unit feels not so efficient, makes gas bill quite high in the winter Super / landlord not very accessible Maybe some squatters on the 1st floor
Advice to owner:
Look into fixing the insulation!

Close to the Subways, walking distance to Cartelyou
Cons:
No Super Heat is expensive and barely works Drug Addicts squat in the building. They yell for extended periods of time and at random hours. Owner does nothing and won't even acknowledge the problem Any and all packages will be stolen if you do not immediately pick them up
Advice to owner:
Kick out the squatters and fix the locks on the front door
