    Pros:
    Very responsive management, clean halls, moving in and out is easy.
    Cons:
    Very strict lease renewal notice date and 100+ rent increase each year.

    Solid place with decent amenities for the price

    - nice appliances
    - overall newer building
    - in unit washer dryer - very important
    - reasonably fast maintenance responses
    - have not seen any pests in the building
    Cons:
    - smaller rooms
    - some unit windows are above the garbage area
    - huge huge rats in the garbage area
    - flies near garbage area and front door
    Advice to owner:
    Overall great job, some of these items in the cons section can be worked on
