Pros

Very responsive management, clean halls, moving in and out is easy.

Cons

Very strict lease renewal notice date and 100+ rent increase each year.

Solid place with decent amenities for the price

Pros

- nice appliances - overall newer building - in unit washer dryer - very important - reasonably fast maintenance responses - have not seen any pests in the building

Cons

- smaller rooms - some unit windows are above the garbage area - huge huge rats in the garbage area - flies near garbage area and front door
