Cons:
Turn around for service in unit is slow to none

Decent Considering NYC Horror Stories

Pros:
Quiet neighborhood with convenience of several different stores nearby and no alternate side of the street parking rules. Parking is also very easy for NYC
Cons:
Things are rarely fixed appropriately. Hard to contact person responsible for the building upkeep/landlord.
Advice to owner:
Please hire grounds manager
