    Pros:
    Only 2 units in the property
    Very Spacious
    Close proximity to J/M trains at Kosciouzko, Central, and Knickerbocker
    Cons:
    Appliances were not level, dishwasher wasn't fully put in
    Maintaining heat was difficult
    Street gets very loud next to mechanic shop as well as cars flying down the street with modified exhausts
    Top floor unit gets really hot in summers
