    Nice place lazy super

    great location and awesome roof top acesss
    Cons:
    been almost a month since i moved in and can’t get the super to paint the walls after the previous tenant left them a mess and unit gets really humid and hot
    Advice to owner:
    before renting a room inspect it to make sure it’s ready to have a new tenant
