Building is fine, management lackluster
Pros
New finishes, W/D in unit, windows are really good (keeping out noise and extreme temps), people clean the stairway and hallway weekly
Cons
Been 3 months and the people they hire to fix the A/C can't do it. Maintenance coordinators are apathetic. Company owned maintenance techs are nice tho Basement has a lot of roaches every 6 weeks or so
Advice to the owners
Get better contractors when you outsource maintenance. Also get bigger trash cans, the amount of times I try to put stuff in the trash or recycle and it's already full is way over the top. Like, every other week
