Lovely to live here

Pros:
Building is very much a community. The people are nice and kind (and at worst apathetic). Relatively clean, great common spaces, easy building to live in.
Cons:
Sometimes the common areas get messy from use, lots of students around but it’s usually not too loud. My biggest gripe is with the state of the grills on the roof.
