Overpriced but worth it

Pros:
Management is great and responsive, building is super well kept and clean, views from the corner units are unreal, and has pretty much every amenity that you would ever need
Cons:
Note that you have to pay for the amenity floor (think its $175 a month) and the gym is packed at peak times. With a lot of families kids in the building as well the pool/hot tub can be overrun with them when you just want to relax. For the premium you're paying the gym should be much larger in my opinion
Advice to owner:
Suggest they expand the gym and reconsider the $175 amenity floor fee. Unreasonable when the rent is as expensive as it is
