Nice, expensive apartments

Pros:
Unique apartment layouts. Access to great amenities. Outstanding water pressure
Cons:
Problems with insects. Heat/AC occasionally had issues that took a while to resolve

Bathrooms missing ventilation

Pros:
Great location, modern appliances, & access (for a fee) to amenities in the neighboring Otto building which is great during the summer.
Cons:
Bathrooms do not have any ventilation (window or fan).
