Great Building For Money

Pros

Well Constructed building. appliances all worked. never saw pests. overall it was a great place to live. most NYC apartments dont have real kitchen exhausts and this place did.

Cons

i think things could have been updated a bit more for the price.

Pros

Clean, Pleasant atmosphere and Friendly Neighborhood with great restaurants. Grocery store and other shopping in convenient. Laundry in basement.

Cons

No elevator. High price

Keep the laundry machines updated and fixed in a timely manner
