Great natural lighting and huge windows, spacious living room, private roof and patio. Responsive property manager. Never had issues with pests.
Rooms are on the smaller side. Listed as a 4 bed but the flex room has stairs to the roof. Peek summer and winter in that room gets really hot and cold even with AC and heat on.
