    Pros:
    Beautifully maintained, exquisite lobby décor. Helpful & Receptive Staff Raul (Superintendent) is great, he gets all issue resolved quickly

    nothing bad to say
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good efforts

    Tall ceilings, quiet building, not too many units.
    Cons:
    Heat and hot water was sometimes a challenge.
    Advice to owner:
    The super was too busy with building problems to deal with issues that related to your unit.

    Gorgeous lofts in historic building

    Pros:
    Historic building that is so unique for New York. Beautiful finishes and functional storage space in each unit. Very well maintained and friendly building staff.
    Cons:
    Building is mostly pest-free except for house centipedes and building doesn’t do anything to exterminate them. My window was leaking and 1 year later my window hasn’t been repaired. Apart from these issues, the super and building management are usually quick to address maintenance issues.

    Beautiful apartments, so-so management

    The apartments are stunning: beautifully updated apartments converted from turn of the century department store. High ceilings! Unique architectural features. Amenities are highlighted by a stunning roof deck.
    Cons:
    Management isn’t very attentive... not concerned with creating a better experience
    Advice to owner:
    Improve upkeep: the renovation is about 4 years old and starting to show wear and tear. Greater support and stability for front desk team. Engage key tenants to help create a better experience. Be more visible: reps should visit the property and meet with tenants
