    We loved this building

    Pros:
    We loved this building! We wish we still lived there. We were there for 4 years. No issues with our apartment of note.
    Cons:
    We did hear a baby next door, so I guess the walls can be a bit thicker, but it was not a big issue.

    Location and staff such as doorman and porters
    Cons:
    Management sucked and construction across the street (2020) very loud
    Advice to owner:
    Lower rent while there is a huge construction site across the street
