New building - however it's cheaply made Sunlight

Cons

- Terrible management - violated lease agreement multiple times - Low income housing, bad mannered tenants, ratchet behavior - LOUD, you can hear cars because the windows are not sound proof - Cheap appliance, floor not finished - Low water pressure

stop being lazy and take care of tenants better.

Rent is good for the bedroom and bathroom amount in the neighborhood. Great super.

Cons

Management is not responsive on weekends. If you have a question for them on Friday, you won’t get a response until Monday.
