Solid but not amazing

Pros

Lots of space indoor & outdoor, in-unit laundry, plenty of bathrooms & closets

Cons

The subway & Broadway are loud, although you get used to the sound

Was happy for the time I was here, glad it’s ending

Pros

Very spacious for a very affordable price Close to transport Roof access A/C in each room

Cons

Heating never worked so we used the heaters in our AC which were inefficient in an open space like the living room.

Advice to the owners

Please invest in the basics like heating and better responsiveness
