Pros:
It’s a very good price for the area and the units are all rent stabilized

The neighbors in the building are respectful though there is sometimes a lot of noise coming from the 4th floor apartment

Great location, close to lots of transit & amazing neighborhood

Lots of natural light
Cons:
Pest management is abysmal. All the units in the back have had mice issues over the years

All the apartments are studio except for 1st floor. Not a ton of space but is manageable

Management can take a long time (6+ months) to respond & address issues

Laundry in basement but dryer will be broken from time to time with no schedule of when it’ll be fixed
