Well-kept, sound proofing, nice neighbors, W/D, dishwasher, outdoor spaces, nice appliances and countertops, huge windows, nice sized rooms
There are floodlights all over the block that pour into the windows. But having floor to ceiling windows comes at a cost… also the neighbors play loud music but that’s the vibe of the neighborhood.
Install track curtains or blinds in the windows, please.
