Mostly Great can't complain

Pros

- very responsive management - great laundry downstairs - good light - great heating and ac units - good pest control protocols ( we had pests but after treatment we haven't seen them in very long)

Cons

- the contractor they send is not great but he gets the job done

Advice to the owners

I was overall very happy.

Fine apartment but slow maintenance

Pros

apartment was fine

Cons

maintenance took forever to respond/fix issues and then the issues still wouldn’t be solved. had to have the locks fixed multiple times because they would stop working.
