Great building, great area

Pros:
- No issues with pest or rodents - Building is kept pretty clean - Management and maintenance are responsive - Lived here for two years and haven't had any major issues -Tons of bar and restaurants nearby -Neighbors generally keep to themselves but seem nice enough
Cons:
- Building is right next to the M train tracks so you'll hear the train

Almost brand new, almost no pests whatsoever, good finishes, sizable apartments, close to M, J and L trains, nice rooftop
Cons:
No elevator, stairs occasionally left messy by neighbors, right on the train tracks
