Nice building, terrible landlords

Pros:
Parking garage, 24/7 gym access, modern apartments, washer/dryers in unit, newer appliances.
Cons:
Management, absolutely awful AND rude. I had to hold my rent multiple times before they would even come look at any issues with my apartment or the building.

Getting your packages stolen is a regular thing. Plan on getting your packages ASAP.

Elevator regularly breaks down.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and attentive to renters. Be kind and courteous.
