    YHT Management sucks

    Pros:
    Convenient by the G train, next to a supermarket, private outdoor spaces.
    Cons:
    The management company is a bunch of con artists. The neighbours I had when I moved in were amazing but they all slowly moved out because of the management company not meeting basic repairs. Holes in the ceiling that leaks, A/C units breaking down during heatwaves, and mice. We all tried to communicate with them but they don’t do anything.
    Advice to owner:
    You shouldn’t be a landlord or property manager.

    Quiet and clean

    Pros:
    Pretty quiet, clean, never had any issues with pests, cleaners came weekly for the front hall and stairwell.
    Cons:
    Management sometimes was really unresponsive; they once changed the door code and didn't tell any of the tenants the new code for 3.5 days because they were on holiday; when management is on holiday, there is no emergency super to get a hold of.
