Decent building but bad block
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, great balconies, nice elevator that opens into living room
Cons:
Maintenance is not responsive at all. The block is extremely dangerous, there were multiple drive by shootings, gang activity, woke up to yellow caution tape sometimes outside the building and police investigating murders.
