    Stay FAR Away!

    None. Literally NONE
    Cons:
    HORRIBLE property management.
    Roaches and vermin.
    Mail backup.
    Postings at entrance for trash outside.
    All around terrible experience.
    Illegal $55 application quoted to some, but not others by Fay. Questionable & illegal actions that need to be investigated.
    Advice to owner:
    Faye has to be the rudest, most nastiest woman ever. Lies incessantly. Fire the people working in the management office and start over. The worst rental experience of my life. Beware of her quoting an illegal $55 application fee. Per NY law, app fees should be no more than $20. Extremely predatory individual.

    no heat, no hot water, no empathy or responsiveness from management, absolute scam
    Advice to owner:
    give all of your tenants a month of rent free
