Bad maintenance, rude and unprofessional staff

Cons
The super is rude, unprofessional and often unresponsive. After mentioning to the management company that the super was unresponsive, the super called me on the phone to say that he didn't appreciate the complaint and how everyone in "that damn building" doesn't show any recognition. The outside of the building is often disgusting, with urine, feces (both human and animal) and trash all over the entrance. The side staircase closest to McDonalds is damp and smells awful. Garbage rooms are often locked. The paint they used in the apartments is the cheapest, thinnest paint I've ever seen, to the point that simply leaning on it leaves a mark.
Advice to the owners
Hire better people to be in charge of upkeep.
