Long term tenant
Pros
Nothing comes to mind. Proximity to the park and subways.
Cons
Sometimes mail is dropped off at the lobby which can sometimes get stolen, and the surrounding area can be loud on the weekends. Management didn’t notify when elevator is out and slow to respond to issues within the building. They also took almost a year to fix leakage in the building.
Advice to the owners
Do better.

Advice to the owners
Stop putting bandaids on problems and actually fix them by the root. Our wellbeing is at stake and it's unfair for what we pay.
