    Decent Building with some minor issues

    Quiet residents. Families and professionals mostly. Friendly maintenance and service
    Cons:
    The corner is pretty hot (loud music and street parties) and we’ve had some package theft issues. Also the walls are kind of thin

    Insulate the walls
