Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 363 Bond Street in Brooklyn reveal a mixed living experience. Tenants praise the friendly, attentive doormen and staff, clean common areas, and well-equipped amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge. The building's location and community atmosphere are also valued. However, persistent issues include thin walls causing noise disturbance, inconsistent garbage management, occasional brown water, and ongoing construction noise. Several renters experienced maintenance delays and unresponsive management, particularly concerning leasing and amenity upkeep. While some recommend the building for its advantages, others caution about owner responsiveness and infrastructure flaws, suggesting better communication and maintenance focus would improve tenant satisfaction.

Glorified Hotel Good on the surface level terrible in reality
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doorpeople for the most part
Cons:
Very thin walls, can hear neighbors sneeze and whisper (seriously)
Water turns brown 3-4 times a year
Construction happening everywhere around the building
Appliances have broken down 6-7 times a year
Management is all over the place, unresponsive when you have an issue but overly aggressive when they have an issue, they regularly tape notices on all doors and leave advertisements on all apartment door handles
